International business

In the era of globalization, you just cannot remain apart of these processes and be locked up only in your country. That just leads to stagnation and loss of position in the market. Look, what do many international businesses look like now? Computers manufactured in China at the works of major manufacturers by the orders of American companies, with documents made in India and printed in Vietnam are supplied through German companies to Russia. At the same time, delivery is carried out by major Italian transportation companies.

That is, when you come to a shop in Russia to buy a lap-top, at least 6 countries participated in its creation, procurement and delivery to Russia from the USA, China, India, Vietnam, Germany, Italy. Of course, many people do not think of that, though it’s high time to.

In the same Russia the selection of goods in large trading networks is much wider than in analogous networks in the USA. At the same time, major part of goods is either of foreign make, or was created at the enterprises with foreign capital and international labor division.

If you want to survive in business you have to participate in international cooperation.

However, managing it from Russia – is, putting it mildly, not a simple task. Foreign currency regulation, customs barriers, visas, problems with goods delivery, dearness of customs stores, language barriers, contradicting laws, lots of institutions which can detain or arrest your goods (and then sell), theft, corruption (you can extend this list yourself) make Russia not the most convenient place for international business.

Those countries, which make the opportunities for international business the most favorable, occupy the top lines of the most economically developed states.

The US legislation, bank system, customs, and governmental bodies have been working for many years on creation of a system which would be most favorable for international trade.

Foreign currency regulation term itself does not exist in the USA, US citizens move around the majority of countries of the world without visas, which means that an American company can open accounts almost in any bank of the world. An American company may have 10 and 20 different accounts in different countries. It does not contradict to American legislation and no special permissions are required for that. (Just, all of them have to be indicated in tax report once a year).

American companies can freely work all over the world. No special permissions are required for that.

Customs regulation is simplified to a maximum extent. Services rendered by customs brokers in the USA are almost unbelievable, not to mention that most of the goods are free from customs duties, as the USA have agreements with the majority of the countries of the world on free trade.

If you, for example, want to create an international business absolutely independent from Russia through an American company you can do it absolutely easily not asking anyone for any special permission.

You can purchase goods in Poland and sell them, for example, in Kenya, and only transact all the required operations through an American bank. No-one will ask you any questions. Transacting a complicated international business involving several countries is easier on behalf of an American company than of Russian, Ukrainian, Byelorussian, etc.

If you wish to purchase goods in Europe and sell them in the USA, you won’t have any problem at all as 99% of goods are automatically certified for American market and no additional references, permissions, certificates, etc. are required. More than that, overwhelming majority of European companies will gladly make you their dealer in the USA and will provide every kind of support and assistance to you. Starting from dealers’ discounts and general American advertisement and ending up with staff training and inviting you to all the exhibitions and special events for dealers.

In fact an American company gives you unlimited opportunities for international business. You just have to know about it and use all those opportunities.
