Visas to the U.S.

Since our company deals only with the registration and operation of businesses, we can only help our clients with business visas. These are visas E and L, as well as residency permits for investors.
For some reason, many of our clients think that B-1 is the business visa, intended for those coming to the U.S. on business. But in fact, this is a tourist visa.
The main difference between a business visa and a tourist visa is that a business visa gives you the right to stay in the U.S. for an extended period of time (the period of time is specified in the visa), the right to work (only in your own business) in the U.S., and the right to get paid and pay taxes in the U.S. Moreover, if you work and get paid and pay taxes in the U.S. for more than 182 days, then you only have to pay taxes in the U.S., and not in your home country (Russia, Ukraine, etc.). If you live and work in the U.S. for less than 182 days, then you have the option of either paying taxes in the U.S., or in your home country. If you choose to pay taxes in your home country, then the U.S. federal government and the State government will return to you all of the taxes that you paid in the U.S.
Moreover, if you register a media business in the U.S., we can help the managers and journalists working at the registered media businesses to obtain I visas.
We do not expect that our clients know about the various types of American visas. So here is a complete list of all the visas.
