As a rule the fee of a personnel recruiting company is about 10-25 % of the annual income (salary) of the specialist which was employed with its help and depends on:

  • position (vacancy);
  • the level of complexity of each project;

If we sign a contract for comprehensive servicing (and, possibly, management) of a company with monthly payments, the cost of personnel recruitment is fully covered by the cost of the comprehensive servicing of the company.
