If you plan to use our service of the nominal founders and directors, please indicate so on the Order Form, and together with all the documents necessary for establishing a company, we will send you a signed agreement by which the nominal founders waive all the rights of ownership and control of your company.

Forms of Payment:

After we receive from you the filled in Order Form you will receive the invoice and can make the payment in the following ways:

• In the USA:
  • by check;
  • by wire transfer;
• In Russia:
  • As a private individual (payment to the settlement account of a private individual)
  • As a legal entity (payment into the settlement account of a legal entity)

The invoice can be paid by any legal entity or private individual on your request.

Period of Registration:

Express registration with the company name at our discretion takes about 2 days plus the time taken by the post.

The regular registration with the company name according to your choice will take up to three weeks plus the time taken by the post.
