Expert Services

FUNCTIONS OF EXPERTS ,
HIRED BY U.S. BUSINESS SERVICES CORP.,
IN ORDER TO MAXIMIZE PROFITS OF THE CLIENTS – OWNERS OF US-BASED COMPANIES
To fire all the employees of your company in Russia and do all the work yourself? A ploughman, a reaper and a whistle player? This might be a very economic solution but it will not work. The need to divide responsibilities and authority in a Russian company is obvious, isn’t it? Surprisingly, in the USA, nothing is done on its own either. You will still hire the services of a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) if you do not want to deal with IRS in person – somebody has to sell your products so that you can check your bank account with more satisfaction.
You can hire all the specialists full time and pay about 3000-10000 USD to each of them every month or you can delegate all these to us. We can hire one expert to work for several companies so that you can save dozens of thousands dollars per year. A lot of experts already work in our company and we work with them to resolve your specific issues. You can count on yourself how much more profitable it is to work with us than to hire various experts whom you will not be able to fully load with work anyway. Besides, you also need to provide every employee with a working place (office rent), a telephone line, computer with all the software (that does not cost 3 dollars as in Russia), and provide them with a pack of benefits (insurances, vacations etc.).
Even if you have both money and the capacity to hire one person, this person will not be able to combine the knowledge and functions of different specialists working in our company. What will you do if this person goes on a vacation, gets sick, or resigns?
Depending on the needs of your business in the USA, the remuneration of our company consists of a fixed monthly (or quarterly) amount plus, if feasible, a percentage of gross income or profit of the American company we manage (if we deal with sales). We determine how our specialists share the work in different companies we service. When it is really necessary, we hire people directly into your company. E.g., if we set up a store for you, then the sales people we hired as well as the store manager work only for you and not for any other businesses of ours. Your income in the USA includes a small share of our income. Several dozens of US companies we service bring us income that is quite motivating. A part of this income is spent on incentives to our employees working for your company. This results in our tender love and care that we take of the American companies of our clients that we provide services to.
Services are provided to companies on the basis of an agreement executed in Russian and English. The main part of the agreement contains a description of the services to be provided, their cost etc. As the agreement covers services provided by various experts (a manager, a secretary, an accountant, a sales person etc.), it has annexes with instructions to specialists and procedures governing the relationship between US Business Serv. Corp. and the client (the procedure for us ofbreceiving orders of the Client, terms of fulfillment of orders, reporting etc.).
On your request we will send you the form of the Agreement for Company Management. You will fill it in and send it to us to USA or Russia.
