Company History

Company Origin

It’s funny to know that foundation of this company in many ways contradicts to what we write on this site and what we recommend to our clients. Practically a number of happy chances resulted in creation of our company.

We had neither a business plan nor an idea. It just happened that one of our good friends – a businessman – called us and asked to register a business in the USA for him “preferably in the off-shore territory”. We already knew then that there were no off-shore territories in the USA, but suspected that there might be something like it in Delaware. We consulted with a solicitor, who genially recommended to try Nevada as the US state with lowest taxes, and also advised us to try and register the company ourselves. It was not a bad idea. After we have gone through all this process and learned how to do it, we happy handed our work over to our client, who asked immediately “what about a bank account”?

In spite of a seeming simplicity of the task it turned out to be much more complicated than just a company registration. We received further requests for forwarding mail, establishing a telephone line with US numbers, establishing a fax, telephoning clients, organizing a visit of this businessman to an exhibition etc. At that we should be fair – our client always insisted on paying for all these services. And when he called us again asking for registering a company for one of his friends we realized that we should turn it into business.

Milestones of the Great Path

The first significant step was creation of the first website. Bearing in mind that a company in the USA is not viewed as a real company unless it has a domain and corresponding e-mail addresses, our first step was to create a website. By the way, our website helped us to understand what we are actually going to do. That first site was in existence for a little over 7 months, and those who remember it are welcome to call use – we will laugh at it together.

Let’s put it like this – our first site was much different from this one both in design and content. Nevertheless even before we finished testing our first site we were contacted by our next client. At that time it amazed us incredibly. A website in the USA is the main marketing tool, and it’s a fact.

The second step is beginning of work with real clients. At first those were computer companies. By the way, they were the ones, who explained to us that our first website was a disgrace, and who helped us to develop our second site, which we used until recently. Site content changed together with theparty course”. If at the beginning of our business was to “register companies and provide small services after company registration”, with time it transformed into “business-management”, and company registration acquired secondary importance.

The third step is to establish offices. Our own office and offices for our clients. Our first offices were opened in Las Vegas. Actually, we were surprised to find out that in spite of the overwhelming number of offices for rent their owners are not at all eager to rent them out to newly established companies. And in general, establishing offices is a business of it’s own. Because computer companies preferred to have offices in the Silicone Valley, and not in Las-Vegas, we started establishing more and more offices around San Francisco.

The fourth step is gaining experience in acquisition of real companies. We started looking for and purchased (via business brokers) real companies for our clients. Immediately we were challenged with such issues as personnel selection and recruiting, renovations, and real management of the operating companies.

The fifth step is to transfer the main office of the company to San Francisco. Although we registered the majority of companies in Las Vegas, the absolute majority of our real businesses were in San Francisco and the Silicone Valley. That’s why we transferred our headquarters to San Francisco.

And finally the current – sixth – step. Besides other companies (industrial, trade, procurement), we deal with management and promotion of a number of serious start-ups in the Silicone Valley. We work with the leading law firms and venture companies of the Silicone Valley.

Our Plans

Briefly they can be described by the Olympic motto: “Quicker, Higher, Stronger.” It means that considering our expertise we can be much more successfully in helping companies of our clients to get on their feet, launch sales and establish themselves at the US market.

And also

We argued quite a bit about whether to publish all this at our website or not. We really wanted to write (as everybody does) that a brilliant idea of the founders of the company was brilliantly realized and is now heading towards conquering open spaces of the Galaxy. But then we decided that the main thing for us is trust of our clients. And our clients can trust us only if we say the truth.
