All these years, we could not help but wonder why we have practically no competition in the USA, and there are almost no companies that would offer the same set of services as we do.

Now we understand that American companies are famous for their narrow specialization. It means that there are management companies managing real estate or hotels. There are management companies that manage casinos or construction projects. There are companies that buy unprofitable businesses, split them for resale or completely reorganize them into profitable ones. There are even specialized companies that manage mines, plants and even taxi stations.

But nobody wants to deal with the whole set of issues small and newly registered companies have to face in the process of their growth.

Everybody wants to manage plants, steamboats, hotels, but nobody wants to build them.

We realize that our business model reaches slightly beyond the concept of management accepted in the USA – we came to this understanding after four candidates for the manager vacancy told us at the interview: “your requirements are just impossible”.

But nevertheless we exist and develop successfully.

Practically we do what in construction is called a “zero circle”. Nothing is there except an idea, and we transform it into a working company.

Our experience of the recent 6 years of work with dozens of companies shows that success of a company greatly depends on the quality of our work. That is a company can be successful only if everything is “right” from the very beginning.

A lot of our clients are serious business people. They are already successful in their business and they think globally when creating a new company. But “the family boat crashed against everyday details”. It means that our work is to make sure that all those seemingly insignificant details do not bury eventually a great idea of your company.
